Our store uses DHL express delivery service for international shipping. This ensures safe and fast delivery with tracking number and international insurance coverage.
When the Japanese shipping company gives the package to DHL, the tracking information will be sent to us. As soon as we get the final tracking information and estimated delivery date from them, we will inform you.
The product will be delivered within 5-7 business days after all shipping arrangements are completed. If your customs clearance process is lengthy, delivery may take longer than usual.
If the product is being delivered to a remote area, delivery may take longer than usual.
